This was the tutu/headdress (reminiscent of Cher, methinks?) Grammy ELC bought Little Leighton on her ACTUAL 60th birthday. Sometimes LL wears this the proper way around her little waist. Sometimes, though, Our Girl likes to think outside of the box and wear it on her head. We think she wears it well, no matter the way. We think she has quite the eye for fashion. We think she's inventive!
Of course, we're not at all biased, are we?
