I wanted to share two of my new "foodie" favourites. First up, is the new olive oil I discovered:
California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Not only is it incredibly affordable (EVOO can get so pricey!) but you should see how pretty it makes my roasted potatoes and chicken! It's simply delish. Try it ASAP.
My second new favourite is, technically, an ELC find:
The Good Bean Crispy Crunchy Chickpeas. ELC found these at Costco last week and half of the bag is already gone. Little Leighton and I are obsessed. We have had these for a morning snack every day since ELC delivered them on Friday. They are so high in fiber and protein. I put them in a salad I made tonight; they added the most delightful crunch. GET THESE IMMEDIATELY.
